Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with robust expertise in React, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot to design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in REST APIs, databases, Kafka, AWS, CI/CD, Docker, and up-to-date AI-assisted development tools.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React for frontend and Java/Spring Boot for backend services.
Build secure and scalable REST APIs with proper authentication, middleware, exception handling, logging, and API documentation.
Design and optimize PostgreSQL/MongoDB databases, SQL queries, migrations, and application performance.
Develop event-driven applications and integrations using Apache Kafka.
Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and performance across production environments.
Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready features.




Participate in technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices where required.
Work with Git workflows, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
Integrate and leverage AWS services to build scalable and production-grade applications.
Use AI coding assistants and LLM-based tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, debugging, documentation, and improving developer productivity.
