Level: Head – O&M; / Senior Management

Key Responsibilities:
Represent the Company as the Head of O&M; at site and ensure compliance with contractual, operational and statutory requirements.
Understand the Scope of Work, project deliverables, KPIs, manpower requirements and contractual obligations.
Lead managers, supervisors and site teams to ensure smooth O&M; operations.
Plan and monitor preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure high equipment availability, reliability and minimum downtime.
Monitor O&M; KPIs, maintenance performance and service quality and implement corrective actions.
Plan manpower, spares, tools, equipment and other resources.
Control spare inventory, major spare lifecycle, refurbishment plans and maintenance costs.
Lead RCA and CAPA for major breakdowns, recurring failures and operational deviations.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, client and company requirements.




Manage client relationships, complaints, enquiries and performance reviews.
Drive continuous improvement, Kaizen, productivity and cost-reduction initiatives .
Recruit, train, develop and retain site employees.
Handle employee grievances, discipline and workforce coordination.
Maintain operational, maintenance and manpower records and provide regular MIS to management.

Ideal Candidate Profile
B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering discipline.
Robust experience in O&M; management at large industrial/project sites .
Proven experience managing large teams and client-facing operations.
Robust knowledge of preventive/breakdown maintenance, RCA, CAPA, KPI management and cost control.
Valuable leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Candidates with experience in Aluminium, metals, manufacturing, mining or other heavy industries would be relevant.
