Growth Manager – Construction King

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 5–10 Years

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Business, Growth or equivalent

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business goals.
Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and market expansion.
Develop and implement GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies for current products and markets.
Lead growth marketing and performance marketing initiatives.
Identify recent business opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
Use AI and automation tools to improve business processes and marketing efficiency.
Track key growth metrics, analyze performance and provide actionable insights.
Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI for business performance tracking.




Leverage n8n and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
Work closely with sales, marketing, product and leadership teams to achieve growth targets.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
