As a Consultant/ Senior Consultant , expectations are as follows :

Analyze business financials and identify areas for cost optimization, revenue growth, and profitability improvement.
Conduct and guide business valuations, financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Advise clients on financial planning, budgeting, investment decisions, and capital allocation.
Analyze industry and market trends and assess their potential impact on clients' businesses.
Evaluate business performance through key financial and operational metrics.
Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Provide strategic insights to business owners, promoters, and senior management.
Support clients in developing long-term financial and business strategies.
Interpret complex financial data and present actionable recommendations in a simple and client-friendly manner.
Stay updated on economic conditions, market movements, industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging business opportunities.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted financial advisor.

Qualifications &
Skills:
MBA in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA, or equivalent finance qualification
20+ years of relevant experience in finance, financial consulting, corporate finance, investment banking, financial advisory, or business consulting

Robust understanding of financial statements and business finance
