We are looking for an experienced Head Purchase & Stores to lead procurement, vendor management, inventory control, stores operations, cost optimization, and material planning for our dairy manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
Lead complete Purchase & Stores operations.
Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, spares, consumables, and services.
Develop vendors and negotiate price, quality, and delivery terms.
Ensure uninterrupted material availability and optimum inventory levels.
Manage stores, stock control, FIFO/FEFO, and ERP records.
Drive cost reduction and procurement efficiency.
Monitor vendor performance and prepare MIS reports.
Lead and develop the Purchase & Stores team.
Ensure compliance with company, ISO, FSSAI, and audit requirements.

Candidate Profile
20+ years of experience in Purchase & Stores.
Robust experience in Dairy / FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Manufacturing.
Proven expertise in procurement, vendor management, inventory control, negotiation, and team leadership.
MBA / PG Diploma in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations is an added advantage.
