About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist / Assistant Manager with 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment who is passionate about talent acquisition and eager to work in a fast -paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end -to -end IT recruitment for technical roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
- Screen profiles, coordinate interviews,
and manage candidate communication
- Support onboarding and smooth joining processes
- Coordinate with vendors and recruitment partners
- Assist in HR operations, employee engagement activities, and employee support
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring updates
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment/talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and hiring platforms
- Good understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities
- Experience in vendor/stakeholder management
- Comfortable working in a startup and quick -paced environment
