Senior Meta Ads Expert

Salary: ₹15,000-₹30,000/month, as per experience and expertise

We are looking for a Senior Meta Ads Expert who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns based on business objectives.
- Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns, ad sets, and audiences.
- Perform audience research, targeting, retargeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and other key performance metrics.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, sales, traffic, and conversion campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, placements, and ad copies.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.




- Identify performance issues and implement optimization strategies.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads updates, policies, and latest advertising trends.

Required Skills:
- 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads.
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign structures.
- Experience in campaign optimization and budget management.
- Good knowledge of conversion tracking, Pixel, Events Manager, and retargeting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
