Job Description:
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC & MEP projects.:
- Generate leads through cold calling, customer visits, networking, consultants, contractors, and online platforms.:
- Build relationships with architects, consultants, builders, industries, hospitals, and corporate clients.:
- Conduct regular market surveys to identify upcoming projects and business opportunities.

Sales Activities
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.:
- Arrange client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.:
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the estimation team for techno-commercial proposals.:
- Prepare quotations and follow up until order finalization.:
- Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.

Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers.:
- Ensure timely response to customer enquiries.:
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally for prompt resolution.:
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business.





Tender & Proposal Support
- Identify tender opportunities from government and private sectors.:
- Assist in collecting tender documents and preparing bid submissions.:
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and procurement teams for technical and commercial inputs.

Sales Reporting
- Maintain daily sales visit reports.:
- Update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, customer interactions, and opportunities.:
- Submit weekly sales reports and monthly sales forecasts.:
- Maintain an updated database of customers, consultants, contractors, and project information.

Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.:
- Identify recent market segments and potential clients.:
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.

Required Skills:
