Property Sales Executive

Location: Visakhapatnam
Salary: ₹15,000-₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

AL GROUP is hiring Property Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team.

Responsibilities:
- Handle qualified leads provided by our telecalling and CRM team.
- Explain project details and assist customers with their property requirements.
- Conduct site visits and follow up with prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer details in the CRM.
- Convert leads into successful bookings and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Sales experience preferred; freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Willingness to travel for site visits preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open to Learning new skills in Real estate.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
