Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth to lead user acquisition, conversion optimization and revenue growth. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for defining growth strategy, running experiments across organic and paid channels, and building a data-driven growth function.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall growth strategy across acquisition, activation, conversion and retention.
- Own key growth metrics including traffic, sign-ups, conversion rates and revenue contribution.
- Lead SEO and content-led growth initiatives in partnership with internal and external resources.
- Design and run A/B tests and conversion-rate optimization programs on key user journeys.
- Plan and manage paid acquisition campaigns across search and social channels within defined budgets.
- Build and maintain analytics dashboards using GA4, Search Console and internal reporting tools.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize growth-related features and fixes.
- Manage vendors,



agencies or contractors as needed; present results in regular business reviews.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth at a startup, marketplace or consumer internet company.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads and A/B testing tools.
- Solid analytical skills — comfortable working with funnels, cohorts and ROI calculations.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with product and engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, home services, construction or adjacent categories.
- Background in both organic (SEO/content) and paid growth channels.
