As an AgroSakhi & AgroMitra Rural Transformation Associate, you will be the ultimate champion of grass-roots empowerment. You will lead the onboarding, training, and operational management of our village-level networks, mobilizing rural women (AgroSakhis) and rural youth (AgroMitras) into a thriving workforce. Your goal is to turn these community leaders into micro-entrepreneurs who advocate for AgroNest’s drone-spraying and digital services,
ensuring that the fruits of deep tech reach every single smallholder farm.

- Network Identification & Mobilization: Identify, interview, and onboard progressive rural women (via Self-Help Groups/SHGs) as _AgroSakhis_ and enthusiastic local youth as _AgroMitras_.
- Capacity Building & Training: Conduct hands-on training programs to educate your network on drone-spraying advantages, AI-driven crop advice, digital apps, and basic micro-entrepreneurship skills.
- Demand Generation & Aggregation: Guide your _AgroSakhis_ and _AgroMitras_ to aggregate local village-level demand, pooling small farm plots into efficient clusters for drone operations.
