Job Description - Sales Executive (Electronics Manufacturing)

Job Title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Bagru, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Director

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities.
- Visit customers regularly and maintain strong business relationships.
- Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up until order closure.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare daily visit reports and weekly sales reports.
- Maintain customer database and sales records in Excel/CRM.
- Follow up for payments and outstanding dues.
- Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with internal departments.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, and product demonstrations when required.




- Travel within the assigned territory for business development.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Any Stream (MBA Marketing preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales (Electronics/Manufacturing preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Skills Required
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Good presentation and selling skills.
- Ability to work independently.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Electronics Manufacturing, PCB Assembly, LED, Industrial Electronics, Embedded Products, or Electrical Components will be an added advantage.

- Timely submission of sales reports.
