Role Overview:
Maxpo Exhibitions is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, sponsorship sales, and exhibition growth initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with 2-3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or exhibition/event sales who are passionate about building strong business relationships and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research
- Reach out to potential exhibitors, sponsors, and corporate clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Promote exhibition spaces, sponsorship packages, and branding opportunities to clients
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with exhibitors and business partners




- Convert leads into successful business opportunities through effective communication and negotiation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and participation targets
- Maintain accurate client records, sales pipelines, and daily activity updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution and client coordination
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events

Skills Required:
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in client handling and business development activities
- Good understanding of B2B sales and relationship management
- Target-oriented and proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM and sales reporting tools is an advantage

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field
