Unidoc Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Vice President - Sales to lead and scale our sales operations. This is a leadership role for someone who is passionate about building businesses, driving revenue, and creating high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's overall sales strategy.
- Build, lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Identify recent business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.
- Establish and improve sales processes, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Develop relationships with hospitals, clinics,



healthcare professionals, and enterprise clients.
- Work closely with the leadership team on business strategy and growth initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Forecast sales, prepare reports, and present performance updates to management.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in Sales, including leadership roles.
- Strong experience in building and managing successful sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong strategic thinking and business development skills.
- Ability to take ownership, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
