Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Manager to join our team at GlobeOp India - NKP Goregaon. This role involves overseeing operational processes, managing a team, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of operations analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and accuracy.




- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, escalate complex problems, and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct regular quality checks and reviews of work output to maintain high standards.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial operations, preferably within the banking or capital markets sector.
- 1+ year of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Robust understanding of financial products, processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
