JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Conduct regular field visits across assigned territories to generate current business leads
- Identify and approach potential buyers, investors, and channel partners proactively
- Build and manage a structured client database with follow-up schedules and interaction logs
- Conduct and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers at project locations
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Established network of brokers and channel partners in the local market
- Strong verbal and written communication in the local language
- Ability to manage and analyse broker and client
- Own vehicle preferred for field mobility
- Should have a Bike and a valid driving license.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Property Sale: 2 years (preferred)
- Resident Sale: 2 years (preferred)
- Channel Partner : 2 years (preferred)
