Job Summary
- Key Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.

Employee Documentation
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
- Ensure all employee documentation complies with company policies.
- Maintain confidential employee information and HR databases.
- Support background verification and document collection for new hires.

Employee Engagement
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Organize employee recognition programmes and team-building events.
- Assist in conducting employee feedback surveys and engagement programmes.




- Support communication of HR policies, announcements, and company events.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

HR Coordination
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee-related matters.
- Assist employees with HR policies, attendance, leave management, and general HR queries.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for current employees.
- Maintain attendance and leave records in the HRMS.
- Support HR projects and administrative activities as assigned.
- Requirements

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
