Sales Coordinator - Hospitality Job Objectives:
- Support Revenue Growth
- Assist the sales team in achieving room, banquet, events, and ancillary revenue targets through effective coordination and administrative support.




- Enhance Customer Experience
- Ensure prompt handling of client inquiries, proposals, contracts, and follow-ups to deliver exceptional guest and customer service aligned with IHCL's hospitality standards.
- Strengthen Client Relationships
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event organizers, and key accounts through timely communication and coordination.
- Sales Administration Excellence
- Manage sales reports, CRM updates, contracts, quotations, and booking documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Reservation and Event Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations, Front Office, Reservations, Banquets, and F&B; teams to ensure seamless execution of guest stays, meetings, and events.
- Lead Management
