Minimum Qualification:
- Trade Certificate (ITI)

To supervise, coordinate, and control all scaffolding activities within the fabrication yard, ensuring protected erection, modification, inspection, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolds in compliance with project specifications, statutory regulations, and company HSE requirements.

ScaffoldingOperations:
- Supervise scaffold erection, alteration, and dismantling activities across fabrication, assembly, outfitting, blasting, painting, and load-out areas.




- Ensure scaffolding works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements.
- Allocate manpower, tools, and equipment to achieve daily production targets.
- Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Planning, and HSE teams to ensure uninterrupted work execution.
- Monitor scaffold material utilization and prevent loss, damage, or misuse.

Safety&Compliance;:
- Ensure full compliance with company HSE procedures, client requirements, and international scaffolding standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks, pre-job briefings, and safety awareness sessions.
