Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive / Academic Counsellor to join our AI Digital Marketing training institute.

In this role, you will interact with prospective students, understand their career goals, explain our AI Digital Marketing programs, conduct follow-ups, schedule demo and counselling sessions, and convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.

Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence, and an interest in sales and student counselling are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website forms, social media, and other lead sources.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up with existing leads.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Recommend suitable AI Digital Marketing programs based on student requirements.
- Clearly explain course curriculum, duration,



AI tools, certifications, live projects, internships, fees, and placement assistance.
- Schedule and coordinate demo sessions and one-to-one counselling sessions.
- Follow up with demo attendees and interested prospects to drive enrollments.
- Convert qualified leads into course admissions.
- Communicate professionally with students and parents and address their questions.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, counselling, and admission records in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Update lead status and maintain accurate student information.
- Work toward weekly and monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with trainers and the marketing team regarding demos, batches, and student requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on calls, follow-ups, demos, conversions, admissions, and revenue.
