Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Generate sales by promoting the company's products, services, and ongoing offers.
- Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-up calls.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the service and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Manage billing, invoices, and basic cash handling, if required.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in administrative and front office tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years of experience in front desk, customer service, retail sales, or inside sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
