Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities in international markets, primarily the USA.
- Conduct virtual meetings, product presentations, demos, and follow-ups with overseas clients.
- Understand client business requirements and prepare customized proposals and quotations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international customers.
- Update and maintain accurate sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT Software Sales, preferably ERP or SaaS solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.




- Experience in international client communication and outbound sales is an advantage.
- Confident in cold calling, lead generation, and client follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience in International IT Sales, ERP, SaaS, or Software Sales.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Comfortable working in the USA Shift.
