Position: Level 2 (Listing Amazon)
Location: In office (Kolkata)

Position Overview

Responsibilities
1. Handle and respond to Brand Violation Mails promptly and effectively.

2. Perform SKU verification with a focus on Amazon uploads, keyword checks, and listing accuracy.

3. Create and maintain a Product Master for tracking and updating all listing-related data.

4. Ensure System Integrity by auditing and validating listing data regularly.

5. Conduct weekly checks for Restricted Brands and Keywords to ensure policy compliance.

6. Manage and update Return Addresses on the Amazon portal and corresponding Data Sheets.

7. Monitor and update the PRL (Product Reference List) on the Amazon portal.

Share updated New Phase and UI/SI files with the respective team members as required.

9. Support listing team in escalations related to brand, policy, or platform violations.

Qualifications
1. Graduate in any discipline (bachelor’s degree preferred).

2. 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce cataloging or Amazon listing preferred.

3. Proficiency in Excel, product data handling, and familiarity with Amazon Seller Central.

4. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

5. Ability to handle high-volume listing data and policy-related tasks independently.
