Job Summary

Lead end-to-end solution design, conduct discovery and requirement workshops, define scalable architecture blueprints, review NFRs, and ensure alignment with client objectives and HCL architecture standards throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage pega development projects from inception to completion

3. Provide technical guidance and expertise in pega technologies to the development team

4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure successful delivery of pega solutions

6. Stay updated on the latest pega trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the quality of solutions delivered

7. Mentor junior team members and provide technical support as needed

Skill Requirements

2. Proficiency in pega prpc (pega rules process commander) platform

Ability to lead and manage pega development projects effectively

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

6. Robust communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross functional teams

7. Pega cssa (certified senior system architect) certification is a plus
