Job Overview

Job Location: Khidderpore, Kolkata - West Bengal

Key Roles & Responsibilities in Training Support & Classroom Engagement
- Assist Senior Technical Trainers in conducting robotics and STEM training sessions in schools.
- Deliver fundamental-level workshops on Robotics, AI, and Coding for school students.
- Simplify basic technical concepts for younger learners and engage them in hands-on activities.
- Monitor student participation and assist them in understanding technical exercises.

Technical Skills & Hands-on Learning

Junior trainers will focus on one or more of the following technical areas based on their expertise:
- Basic Robotics & Electronics - Understanding simple circuits, sensors, and motors.




- Programming Fundamentals - Introducing block-based coding (Scratch) and basic Python/Arduino programming.
- 3D Designing & Prototyping - Introduction to CAD tools and simple robotic designs.

Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with Senior Technical Trainers to improve delivery methods and learning outcomes.
- Coordinate with the Training, Business Development, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Provide feedback to senior trainers regarding student performance and engagement.

Technical & Logistical Support
- Assist in setting up robotics labs and managing training kits during sessions.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for microcontrollers, sensors, and coding errors.
- Help maintain training materials and student progress reports.

Event & Workshop Participation
- Represent RoboPleX in school events, STEM fairs, and interactive workshops.:
- Engage with students and teachers to create awarenes
