As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in construction lift and material hoist sales to drive business growth across India.

Role Objective

To lead national sales activities for MEKEX's construction lifts and material handling solutions by acquiring current customers, developing strategic dealer networks,



securing project-based orders, and strengthening relationships with builders, contractors, infrastructure companies, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership
- Take full accountability for achieving and exceeding annual sales targets across India.

Business Development
- Drive PAN India sales of Material Hoists, Construction Lifts, and other lifting solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct customer acquisition and project sales.
- Identify and convert opportunities from builders, developers, contractors, EPC companies, industrial projects, and infrastructure organizations.

Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build a strong sales pipeline for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and expand into new regions.
