Requirements:
2-5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Prior experience in leading or managing a sales team is preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Ability to achieve team sales targets and drive business growth
Experience in handling client meetings, site visits, and sales closures
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting is an added advantage
