Global SPS is a manufacturer of industrial machinery and automation solutions, including transformer core cutting machines, slitting lines, coil handling systems, machine vision systems, and customized automation solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Coordinator who can manage customer inquiries, quotation follow-ups, sales coordination, payment follow-ups, service coordination, and order conversion. This is a responsible role for a person who can coordinate with customers as well as internal teams and ensure that active leads and quotations move towards orders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage current customer inquiries, leads, and active sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, technical discussions, commercial discussions, and order closure.
- Drive order conversion from active leads and quotations.




- Prepare and maintain quotation records, customer follow-up records, and sales pipeline reports.
- Coordinate with design, production, service, accounts, and dispatch teams.
- Track expected order value, expected closure month, and quotation status.
- Follow up for advances, balance payments, service payments, and overdue payments.
- Coordinate service requests, installation planning, and customer issue closure.
- Plan daily and weekly work for self and junior sales coordinator.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Maintain CRM / Google Sheets / ERP data accurately.

Main KPI

The main KPI of this role will be order conversion from active leads and quotations.

Other KPIs will include quotation follow-up discipline, sales pipeline movement, payment follow-up, customer coordination, CRM accuracy, and reporting discipline.
