Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Generate leads through social media, events, educational seminars, and partnerships.
- Promote training programs, certification courses, and placement services.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and corporate partners.
- Conduct promotional activities, workshops, and campus engagement programs.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging marketing content.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to convert marketing leads into enrollments.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and promotional partners.
- Assist in organizing education fairs, webinars, and recruitment drives.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads is an advantage).
- Robust interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Creative thinking with good problem-solving skills.




- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the EdTech, education, training, or skill development industry.
- Freshers with strong communication and marketing aptitude are welcome to apply.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in student acquisition or education marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience conducting seminars, webinars, and campus activation programs.

- Monthly lead generation targets.
- Student admission conversions.
- ROI on marketing campaigns.
- Social media engagement and reach.
- Number of institutional partnerships and events conducted.
- Brand visibility and campaign performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
