Job Title: Car Sales Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in, telephonic, and online customers professionally.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Tata Motors vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, finance, exchange, and insurance options.
- Conduct product presentations and test drives.
- Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, digital inquiries, referrals, corporate visits, and field activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize sales conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, accessories, and delivery teams for timely vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Keep up to date with Tata Motors' latest products, promotions, and competitor offerings.

Qualification & Experience




- 10+2 or any Graduate
- 1-3 years of experience in automobile sales
- Valid Driving License preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Good presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Willingness to work on weekends and showroom events.
