Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
- Meet architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and corporate clients to promote HVAC solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify customer requirements and industry trends.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with clients for inquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for technical support.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities.





Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems (training will be provided for freshers).
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility
- MBA (Marketing) - Freshers to 3 years of experience.
- Prior experience in HVAC, MEP, Building Materials, Engineering Products, or Industrial Sales is an advantage.
- Valid driving license preferred.

Salary
- CTC: ₹28,000 per month
- Food Allowance: ₹3,000 per month (included in CTC, if applicable as per company policy)
