Your Background
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a complex IT environment, preferably within the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to understand and model business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.
- Experience in Azure DevOps and ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) is a plus but not a requirement.
- Fluency in English is required
