Job Title: Branch Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, manage the team, and drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete branch operations and daily activities.

Lead and supervise the team to achieve sales and performance targets.

Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.

Handle client escalations and ensure excellent customer service.

Drive sales and ensure team conversions.

Maintain reports, inventory, and coordination with head office.

Ensure smooth functioning of all departments within the branch.

Requirements:
Proven experience in Branch Management / Team Handling.

Solid background in Sales and Operations.

Experience in Wellness, Skin Care, or Healthcare industry preferred.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Training Duration: 7-15 Days (Unpaid)

Training Support: ₹500 per day for accommodation and meals (settled on the last day of training)

Agreement: 2-year employment agreement

Must be willing to sign a 2-year agreement with the company.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
