2. Store Design, Architectural Planning & Standardization

Objective: Deliver standardized, scalable and cost-effective store designs.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural layouts and working drawings.
- Develop standard design templates for different store formats.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and MEP engineers.
- Optimize customer flow, merchandising and operational efficiency.




- Ensure brand consistency across all formats.

Objective: Deliver projects on time, within budget and with defined quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare project implementation schedules.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration and fixture installation.
- Monitor project milestones.
- Conduct weekly project reviews.
- Ensure smooth handover to operations.
