Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)

Are you an experienced OPT Recruiter with a solid background in US IT Staffing? Join our growing team and help recruit and market top IT talent across the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of entry-level IT consultants.
Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews.
Coordinate interview scheduling, onboarding, and documentation.
Work with the marketing team for consultant submissions to client requirements.
Maintain consultant records in ATS/CRM systems.
Meet weekly and monthly recruitment and placement targets.

Required Skills:




2+ years of experience in US IT Staffing as an OPT Recruiter.
Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, GC-EAD, and TN visa processes.
Hands-on experience with major US job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and IT technologies.
Experience with ATS/CRM tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
