DA AFK Ventures is an E-Commerce company working with leading brands across marketplaces and digital platforms. We are looking for an HR Executive who will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, attendance, documentation, and HR process management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination and onboarding.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, joining formalities and HR records.
- Maintain attendance, leave records and employee data.
- Coordinate with employees and managers regarding HR policies, processes and employee queries.
- Assist in payroll inputs, salary-related coordination and monthly attendance/payroll closure.
- Manage employee letters, confirmations, appraisals, promotions and separation formalities.
- Support employee engagement activities, training and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies, SOPs and disciplinary processes.




- Maintain accurate and updated HRMS and employee databases.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for performance management and employee-related matters.
- Support implementation and improvement of HR policies and processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced E-Commerce workplace.
- Strong follow-up, documentation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
