About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and technically curious Technical Event Operations Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience to support the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, activations, and experience center projects.

In this role, you'll coordinate with vendors, fabrication teams, AV partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys hands-on event operations, problem-solving, and working with emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, exhibitions, activations, and experience center installations.
- Coordinate event timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Support pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up.

Vendor & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, production teams, fabrication partners, and venue staff.
- Follow up on vendor deliverables and ensure timely execution.
- Assist with transportation, equipment rentals, procurement,



and logistics.

Fabrication & Installation Support
- Coordinate with fabrication teams to ensure installations meet design and quality standards.
- Support the integration of AV equipment, sensors, digital displays, and interactive elements.
- Monitor installation progress and report any issues.

AV & Technical Coordination
- Assist with the setup and testing of LED walls, projectors, sound systems, lighting, and interactive installations.
- Coordinate with technical vendors during setup and live events.
- Help troubleshoot basic technical issues during execution.

Documentation & Planning
- Maintain event checklists, production schedules, and project trackers.
- Prepare reports, vendor documentation, and installation plans.
- Ensure all project documentation is updated and organized.

On-Site Event Execution
- Supervise vendors during setup and dismantling.
