Role Overview

The role involves conducting group discussions, personality development activities, and communication sessions to help students improve confidence, public speaking, and interview readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct GD sessions and communication activities for students.
- Train students on confidence, presentation, and speaking skills.
- Evaluate participation and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage students to express ideas effectively.
- Conduct mock interviews and personality development activities.
- Help students improve body language and public speaking skills.

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Robust public speaking and facilitation abilities.
- Confident personality with leadership qualities.




- Ability to motivate and engage students.
- Passion for mentoring and student development.

Experience
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Experience in GD training, soft skills training, or mentoring will be preferred.
