- Job Purpose:
- We run paid, performance-driven demand generation for a B2B Cloud business. The incumbent will own the budget,



channel mix, and CAC outcome across Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, and field/event channels and will be responsible for driving measurable business outcomes through performance marketing initiatives.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of paid digital spend (Google, Social, Programmatic, EDMs), including CAC and ROAS outcomes.
- Drive channel mix decisions based on cost-per-SQL and cost-per-won-deal metrics.
- Coordinate with Product and Technology teams to translate roadmap into campaign messaging.
- Align marketing spend and pacing with Sales pipeline targets and business priorities.
- Manage agencies, influencers, and channel partners against defined KPIs.
- Partner with Content teams to drive funnel-based marketing initiatives.
- Identify and optimize funnel leakages across CTR, CVR, lead quality, and attribution.
- Support event-driven pipeline generation activities.
- Own CRM hygiene
