Qualification: Master’s degree in HRM

Experience: 1-4 years

Responsibilities:
Monitor overall HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business.

Nurture a positive working environment.

Implementing and assessing human resources policies, programs, and practice to maintain and improve the organization.

Training and Developing Employees Skills.

Requirements and Skills:
Valuable presentation skills.

Excellent communication

Detail-oriented mindset and excellent organizational abilities.

Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Enthusiasm for contributing to HR initiatives that enhance employee experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
