Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Edit reels, shorts, webinars, founder videos and educational content
- Create Meta ad videos, YouTube ads and lead generation creatives
- Produce ecommerce product videos and UGC style content
- Develop explainers, product walkthroughs and customer story videos
- Create motion graphics, kinetic typography and animated infographics
- Add captions, sound design, transitions and color grading
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams on creative strategy
- Analyze retention, engagement and watch time metrics
- Research trends and competitor content
- Build AI assisted content workflows
- Optimize videos for different platforms and audience segments

Education

Bachelor degree in Animation, Film Production, Multimedia, Digital Media, Mass Communication or related field. Solid portfolios will be considered regardless of educational background.

Content output, retention rate improvements, engagement, turnaround time, AI adoption and support for business goals.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
