Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring timely closure of open positions.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.
- Supervise day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage employee onboarding, confirmations, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Handle employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace issues, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and overall HR records.
- Support performance management activities, employee engagement initiatives, and training & development programs.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, recruitment metrics, and MIS for management review.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve HR processes, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
- Mentor and guide junior HR team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of proven experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring an HR/recruitment team.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, HR policies, employee lifecycle management, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and HR responsibilities simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, HRMS, and Microsoft Office.
