Role Overview

This role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage with senior decision-makers across engineering, industrial, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Identify, qualify, and generate current B2B business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand Avconexpo's service portfolio.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, industry databases, referrals, networking, and cold outreach.
- Conduct client meetings (virtual and physical), presentations, and business discussions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

International Business Development
- Develop business opportunities in international markets, particularly across Africa, the Middle East, and other emerging regions.
- Research international markets, industries, and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with overseas clients regarding project requirements, proposals, and commercial discussions.

Client Relationship Management




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Ensure regular follow-ups to identify repeat business opportunities.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely support.

Proposal & Commercial Coordination
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solution development.
- Prepare business proposals, capability presentations, company profiles, and commercial quotations.
- Participate in technical and commercial negotiations.

CRM & Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Track sales pipeline, forecasting, and business development metrics.
- Submit weekly and monthly business development reports.

Market Research
- Monitor industry trends, competitor act
