HR Manager

We are looking for a responsible and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities and support a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle employee-related matters professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads for recruitment.
Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant recruitment platforms.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and other employee-related information.
Assist with payroll coordination and ensure employee data is accurate and up to date.
Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR requirements.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, meetings, and internal events.
Support performance management and employee feedback processes.




Ensure HR policies and company procedures are communicated and followed.
Assist in maintaining a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture.
Prepare basic HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related role.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Valuable knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
Experience in recruitment for creative, media, education, or production companies will be an advantage.

Preferred Profile A proactive, approachable, and organized HR skilled who can effectively manage recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations while contributing to a positive workplace culture. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
