Job Title: Guest Service Associate (GSA)

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused GSA to ensure smooth guest handling and excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests professionally.
Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback.
Coordinate with different departments for guest requirements.
Support check-in/check-out and daily guest services.
Maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
Handle basic records and documentation.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and qualified attitude.
Good coordination and customer-handling skills.
Hospitality/F&B; experience preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹6,938.20 - ₹15,469.22 per month
