We are looking for an experienced and well-presented Guest Relations Executive to join our hotel team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized guest service, handling guest requests and concerns, and ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and interact with guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
Provide personalized assistance to guests throughout their stay.
Handle guest enquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Spa, Engineering, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
Assist VIP guests and handle special guest requests.
Maintain valuable knowledge of hotel facilities, services, restaurants, spa, and activities.
Promote hotel facilities and services when appropriate.
Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and requests.
Ensure smooth communication between guests and relevant hotel departments.
Maintain excellent grooming, hygiene, and skilled appearance.
Handle guest concerns with patience and a positive attitude.
Follow hotel SOPs, service standards,



and safety procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or management.

Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar position in a hotel/resort.
Experience in a luxury hotel or resort will be an added advantage.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid guest-handling and complaint-resolution skills.
Pleasant personality with excellent grooming and presentation.
Positive knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple guest requests.
Good computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel systems.

Qualification
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Relevant hotel experience is mandatory.
