Position: HR Executive

Industry: Travel & Tourism

Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment and candidate screening
Schedule and conduct interviews
Manage employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Handle attendance, leave management, and other HR operations
Coordinate with different departments and support employee engagement
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in recruitment and HR operations preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Candidates with experience in the Travel & Tourism industry will be preferred
