Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our team at Polar Bear. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling orders, maintaining outlet hygiene, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
Take customer orders accurately and process billing/payment.
Explain menu items, offers, and promotions to customers.
Prepare and serve food and beverages as per company standards.
Ensure accuracy in orders and maintain proper portion control.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, counter, and dining area.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
Coordinate with kitchen and other team members for smooth operations.




Maintain proper stock and inform the supervisor about shortages.
Support the team during peak hours and maintain quick service.
Ensure a positive guest experience throughout their visit.

Skills & Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and positive attitude.
Customer-service oriented.
Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Previous experience in QSR, café, restaurant, or retail is preferred.
