This role offers an exciting prospect to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, seamless onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives, contributing directly to building a high-performing and positive workplace culture.

What You’ll Do
Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle and build a strong talent pipeline
Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires
Support and strengthen performance evaluation processes, tracking daily metrics.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture




Manage HR operations while ensuring compliance and efficiency

What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-growing organization
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
Hands-on experience in recruitment and employee engagement
Valuable understanding of HR processes and labor laws
A proactive, people-centric approach with the ability to multitask.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
