Position: Insurance Telecaller

Experience: 2–4 years

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for insurance products.
Explain insurance plans, perks, coverage and policy details to customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
Maintain regular communication and build valuable relationships with customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and sales follow-ups.

Requirements
2–4 years of relevant experience in insurance sales/telecalling.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of insurance products and processes.
Comfortable working from the Goregaon office.
